Bay windows, wrap-around porches, shingle siding and steeply pitched roofs with asymmetrical gables all contribute to an aesthetic that fits well within the community. The 2 BR units offer private ground floor garages, 2nd floor living & dining spaces, 3rd floor bedrooms and exterior decks. The buildings themselves are sited to create a cadence of paved and landscaped spaces that provide an intimately-scaled domestic feel while responding to site restrictions and anticipating a potential future expansion of the project.
